What's included in the camp fee?

Camp instruction and camp shirt. 

Lunch/Snacks are not included.

What is the age range?

Boys and Girls Ages 6-14
(Elite Training Camps)

Boys and Girls Ages 12-19
(College ID & Residential Team Camps)

What do I have to bring to camp?

It is also highly recommended that players bring a healthy snack, and isotonic drinks such as Powerade, Gatorade, etc.

What is the criteria to form the training groups?

The groups will be divided by age and level. On the first day of camp, players will be divided based on their age groups. The Brazilian Way Camp Staff then conduct a skill level test to finalize the groups. Players can be switched from one group to another during the camp. For the team camps, players stay with their teams. 

Are parents/guardians allowed to stay and watch camp training sessions?

Parents are welcome to stay and watch the training sessions. Parents/guardians will be asked to stay in a specific area in order to not disrupt the flow of the session.

Are you affiliated with any US soccer club?

We are not affiliated to any club in the USA. We do collaborate with several clubs in the regions where the camps are run. The Brazilian Way Soccer camps want to give this opportunity to all the players, regardless of the club affiliation.

What if a camp is cancelled for any reason?

The Brazilian Way Soccer camps are subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time for any reason, including if the number of participants signed is insufficient to run the camp. Full refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation. If the camp is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of the price and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstances. No refunds will be given if a camp in progress has to be interrupted or cancelled for reasons beyond our control (i.e. bad weather).

What is the policy in case of inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather once camp begins, all campers will be asked to leave the field to the designated shelter area.  If camp is cancelled once started, you will be asked to return to the field and pick up your player. If camp is cancelled prior to the start you will be notified through email and text. We do not have indoor facilities to house players for the rest of the day.

What is the refund policy?

All fees are refundable (up to 100% depending on the reason for cancellation) if the request is made in writing via e-mail within 45 days of the start of the camp. There will be no refunds after the camp has started. No refunds are made when a request is made with less than 5 days remaining to the start of each camp regardless of when payment is made.
